We are proud to provide you as our valued customer with free standard shipping on all orders to more than 180 countries and territories around the world.

 

Shipping and Delivery Timelines

Once your order has been placed, please allow 3-5 business days to process and prepare shipment for your order. Please allow 12-20 business days for delivery in Canada and the United States, and 15-40 business days for other international destinations.

Unfortunately, many of our shipments have experienced long shipping timelines recently, due to the approaching shipping peak season and the logistical roadblocks related to Covid-19. At this point, we're not able to estimate for how long shipments may take. We are aware of the delays and are exploring ways to ease the situation.

Shipment re-routes, address corrections, and shipment call-backs may not be available on Standard Delivery orders. Please review your shipping information carefully before finalizing your order.

 

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Duties and taxes are not included in the shipping or order total and may be due upon delivery. The carriers will charge the recipient (including gift recipients) all applicable duties, taxes and/or brokerage fees at the time of delivery. Duties and taxes are assessed by the local government based on the destination. For information about duties, taxes, and/or brokerage fees, you may contact your local customs office or the carrier that delivers your package.
